Poetry Sydney is an independent literary organisation committed to a presence for poetry in our culture.

The Poetry Sydney program at the Brett Whiteley Studio will recommence under advisement of Studio Management.

The Brett Whiteley Studio has reopened to limited numbers of visitors.  Thursday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm.  No bookings or tickets required.  Strict physical distancing and hygiene measures to protect the health of all visitors and staff and minimise the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).  Visitors will be asked to provide their name and contact details on arrival to support contact tracing.

The Poetry Sydney program at the Brett Whiteley Studio is usually held on the first Sunday of the month between March and November at 2:00pm.  For more on the Brett Whiteley Studio please visit the AGNSW website HERE.

The Studio is split over two levels. The main exhibition space is located on the ground floor, with Brett’s living room and studio on the top floor. Access for people with limited mobility is available on the ground floor only, however detailed photos of the top floor are available.  Bathroom facilities: the ground floor has an accessible bathroom.
